조식서비스 보강이 필요합니다. 손님이 내려가면 테이블까지 안내해주는 서비스가 꼭 필요합니다. 그렇지 않아서 어디 앉아야 될까 곤란한 경우가 있었습니다.

Absolutely wonderful! Antoine, the Guest Service Mgr went out of his way to ensure that our stay was excellent. It was wonderful to be able to speak in English and get recommendations of what to see and where to go. The room and food were great!

Sofitel Zhengzhou is the best hotel I’ve ever visited. I will only stay here when in China. I would like to honor two employees with my highest praises. Yanik helped us so much with our many requests. He needs to be promoted to manager. Anthony greeted us to breakfast warmly every day. Everyone was extremely helpful and the hotel is fabulous. Thank you for the great stay.

Staff at the reception is amazing ( MiouMiou and others). Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet with both Chinese and European food. Good indoor swimming pool, good Chinese Restaurant. We stayed for 12 nights and will return for a longer stay in August.

It was a good accommodation in the hotel and I remember lady name miaomiao she give Us many areas for shopping and many places to visit and help us to book our flight to Shanghai and agentleman Antoni both was very helpful and nice and there English language is very good.
