First time visited Henan and choosen this hotel was the best choices. The moments when we arrived, the lobby was beautiful & doormen welcoming us with open arms ! The staff spoken good English and very helpful. The room was extremely clean + the bathtub is special ! Breakfast was good with a lot of choices !Definately will come back to visit this Pullman Kaifeng again !

El hotel es amplio, con servicios muy completos, las instalaciones son excelentes, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable. Todas las habitaciones incluidas las económicas, son muy lindas, cómodas y bien diseñadas. El desayuno ofrece las comidas típicas de Henan y cuenta con un buffet para la cena que es variado y bueno. El té de la tarde es tranquilo y muy rico. El gimnasio es 24 horas lo cual agradezco enormemente, es completo y el area de fitness cuenta con zona de descanso, piscina, ping pong sin costo adicional. Todo el personal es muy esmerado en su atención y en la recepción 马雪 y 王梦月 siempre están dispuestas a colaborar.

I stayed there three times in a row with my clients back in April and May. There aren't many five stars hotel located in Kaifeng area and we've stayed at the other one for so many times so we thought it would be great to check this one out. The facility itself is great, all the way from the designs of the hotel, the services, and the restaurants. It is newer and better than the other one. The location itself is nice as well if you are planning to visit the attraction park and the hotel will provide free shuttle service as well. The only thing that we weren't pleased was the room. The room is nice, with all the amenity. However, you couldn't help but notice there is rust everywhere around the bathtub and the water sink areas. One of the local friends told us it's because of the water quality there, but still, with the Pullman Brand, you would except they have done sth better to fix it. The shower head was leaking water everywhere and the water pressure was low. That was the only downside of the hotel to us and we hope there's sth the hotel could have done to fix it.

Beautiful hotel in a traditional Chinese city

We had a great stay at the Pullman Kaifeng. The hotel sits in beautiful grounds with lovely flower gardens and lakes and walking paths, yet is just a few minutes by taxi from traditional Kaifeng city. The hotel is peaceful and well-appointed. We were upgraded to a suite - everything detail was covered, right down to the box with a stapler, eraser and pencil sharpener on the desk. Two bathrooms, comfortable sofa and bed, huge spa tub. The staff generally were very capable and friendly - standouts were the concierge Alan, who looked after our every need, and the barman in the lobby bar, Dean, who served our afternoon tea and happy hour drinks with a quiet professionalism rarely seen in China.
