We stay in 637,Rooms cozy and Clean,,staff also friendly , keep maintain the the service,and maybe we will stay again for the next event, very variatif food at breakfast, overall good service what we have during stay ( 14-16 march BI )

stayed at pullman thamrin for 2 nights from feb 28th to march 2nd thank you katrina for upgrading us to a higher room. appreciate it. room was very big, and very clean. bed was very comfy. however some stains at sofa. the work desk was also very comfortable to work at. the toilet got some mold though, just a little. im sure a quick scrub will take care of it. and too bad the bathtub wafer is freezing breakfast is just Grand. wow the varieties, the taste, the service. i forgot to note the name of the girl by the egg station, she was always so quick and also remembered guest seats when bringing the egg. location of the hotel is just superb. mrt is just 1 minute walk. grand indonesia and plaza indonesia is just a 3 minute walk. 2 nights is not enough, wanted more nights here.

The room is modern and nicely decorated although light in my room a bit dim to my liking. Service quite good and fast. Breakfast in Sana Sini Restaurant is great, ton of varieties and taste delicious. The hotel also accept Accor Plus room upgrade and breakfast vouchers. Overall recommended hotel to stay and dine.
