we call it Jalan Sabang, from the cross-section from the road in front of Embassy of Spain until cross-section near the Jakarta box tower, you can find a lot of street food here. only walks less than 10 minutes from the Ibis Arcadia, and you can find a good barbershop called di bawah pohon rindang, it's behind the sarinah building

ホテルを出てすぐに、屋台を含めた飲食店が多く並んでいて便利でした。 スタッフの方はいつもにこやかで柔軟に対応してくださいました。携帯電話のアダプターを無くして困っていた時には、すぐにロビーで充電してくださり、本当に助かりましたし嬉しかったです。 また、お部屋の作りもモダンで使いやすく、とても清潔でした。部屋の外の階段も温かみのあるソフトなデザインと作りになっていて、寛ぐことができました。 1つだけ困ったのは、ボディソープとシャンプーのオールインワンは備え付けてあったのですが、トリートメントやコンディショナーがなかったことです。せめて3種混合だとありがたいなと感じました。

As usual I had another excellent 2 nights stay recently at Ibis Jakarta, Arcadia. The hotel met with all my expectations. The staff greeted and made me felt very welcome as I walked through the front door to check in. The room allocated to me was clean and comfortable. i slept very well during the two nights I stayed at the hotel. Location wise, it is excellent . All essential facilities are nearby within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel to all budget travelers to Jakarta. Personally , without question, I shall return again.

ジャカルタの土地勘がなく予約しましたが快適に過ごせました。ベットが広くてよかった。スタッフもみんな笑顔で気持ちがいいです。水回りはそこそこですが、お湯もでるし水圧もいい感じです。

Had another excellent 3 nights stay at Ibis Jakarta Arcadia recently. As usual, the staff were friendly, helpful and extended a warm welcome to me. The property is very well situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities.

2019年3月宿泊。アクセスがいいところでこのホテルを選択。朝食つきなのも選んだ理由です。チェックインは2時間ほど早かったのですが、ホテルのスタッフが献身的な対応をしてくれたのはありがたかったです。部屋はキングサイズベッド。テレビは日本のNHKも視聴可能でした。バスタブではなくシャワー。冷蔵庫はありませんでした。コンビニで飲料を買うのであった方がいいです。金庫は鍵が閉まらなかったです。テーブルが狭いです。冷房は快適。wifiも満足できる速度でした。朝食は品数は少なかったでしたが、混雑しておらず、満足できるものでした。2日目の清掃でタオルを交換してくれませんでした。部屋については不満の点もありましたが、ホテルスタッフの仕事に取り組む姿勢が良かったので、全体的な評価としては満足です。

The towels are not too clean, there are visible marks in it. At one of the night, the air-con actually provide some noises, caused me awake and very hard to get back to sleep anymore. Other than that, it is quite good.

リーズナブルな料金で近くには屋台を始めレストランも沢山あります。グランドインドネシアモールまで徒歩圏内。部屋はコンパクトでwifiは安定していて、NHKワールドプレミアが視聴可能。歯ブラシ、セーフティボックスあり。朝食は種類が少ないがこの料金なら満足でした。タクシーの運転手もホテル名だけで通じます。空港連絡列車の市内駅まで、ブルーバードタクシーで20千ルピアでした。

I had another satisfying and comfortable 2 nights stay at the Ibis Jakarta Arcadia recently. Couldn't ask for more for the price I paid. The Hotel is well located to many restaurants all well within walking distance. The room I had was comfortable , quiet and I had a very relaxing and peaceful sleep. I would like to say well done to the management and team at Ibis Jakarta Arcadia.

ほぼ快適に過ごせた。しかし、クリーニングの質が、長期になるとだんだん手抜きされるため、クレームを行った。また、シャワーの温度調整ができず、熱湯のみで、何度かメンテナンスを呼んだ。

I checked into the hotel on the 13th August and stayed for 3 nights. The room allocated to me was excellent , comfortable , clean and very quiet . I slept very well throughout the duration of my stay. The staff were excellent , well mannered and always smiling. The hotel is situated in a good location with many shops and restaurant nearby well within walking distance. Importantly also it was very easy to catch a taxi for travels to all my appointments in the morning.

no one handle ur luggage just they give the key , breakfast was mostly Indonesian food with many bugs keep biting while u have ur breakfast, no central ac and the unit far from bed location is the best on this hotel

ジャカルタは暑いのでお部屋にミニバーがあると助かります。冷蔵庫だけでもOKです。それ以外は快適でした。

The room look old, but it was fine. I need a room to sleep only anyway, and I had a good one. So thats a good thing. They provide basic toiletries also so dont need to worry. Special shoutout to Pak Abdullah who checked me in! Keep spirit on your night shift ya Pak!

My first time at this hotel, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth, and the fruit platter brought up to our room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly. The food in the restaurant was well prepared and served, though a little more attention at breakfast to ensuring there is an adequate supply of food could be looked at. When I am in this area during future visits to Jakarta, I will certainly stay here again.

walking distance to Sarinah, and Jalan Sabang for the hawker fare, i walked as that is the easiest and fastest way to get around. and it is so close to other malls as well. Staff are friendly, attended to my need in a jiffy. but the bathroom is a bit jaded. needs upgrading. the room was quiet , i could not even hear the ongoing construction next door

My stay was normal until I arrived in my room and found the mini fridge in the room was not working.. It was deliberately made not operational. Being a silver card member of Le Accor, I was promised (in writing) of a welcome drink but was not given one. At breakfast, the coffee taste bad and I had to go to STARBUCKS to get better quality coffee. I wonder how IBIS can promise the quality breakfast yet deliver below standaard fare.. Very dissapointed but will allow the GM to improve on this

We had occasion to discuss your remarks directly in hotel but let me back to some points hoping that you will still find our services valuable for future visits in Jakarta. Our fridges are in good condition but you had excellent sugestion to keep them all the time ON, so when guest check-in its already cold. We have implemented that standard to all rooms. Nevertheless hope that new fridge we provided to you after our chat fulfill your needs. For the welcome drink I must truly appologize, maybe it was not properly explained to you during check-in but we not serve welcome drinks directly. You received coupon together with other colaterals, which you can use at any time of your stay for the drink. We do it based on our loyalty members feedback who sugested to have choice of the time to enjoy them drink. Regarding coffee at the breakfast, I feel sorry that we couldnt meet your standards. After our conversation on the next day we offered you one of the premium Indonesian traditional coffee but I was told its not what you like as well also we offered espresso from coffee we use in all Ibis Hotels. Personally I am passionate about coffee and I know how important it is to get the right product with the right quality. Just feel sorry that in our hotel we couldn't find what you really like. We take your feedback very seriouslly and we will keep trying to improve in all areas of hotel service and product. Let me also add that we try to deliver best experience to all our guests but particulary to our loyalty members like you. Your sugestions will make us work even hurder to meet and exceed all guests expectations.
