Very bad service and super snail service

I stay Novotel Banjarmasin Airport 2 nights. Check-in 2 Dec 2022 and Check-out 4 Dec 2022. Dec 3 night i and my group went to restaurant of hotel and order 2 towers of Beer. Waiting 30 mins before getting beer in Beer tower but no glasses. I ordered glasses but 15 mins later not get it, i have to walk to ask and grab it by myself. I ordered few more things but never get from them. When i asked them to check the bill, another 20 mins still no bills come. Then i walk to reception and ask them to check the bill. When i check-in front reception told me no need deposit because i paid room charge already. Then, i sign the bill and will pay when i check out next morning. Later, 3 men of hotel come to my room and push me to pay at 11PM. Can't believe this is NOVOTEL standard, Can't believe hotel people has this kind of service. I'll not come again and suggest all people to avoid this hotel.

Had a minor mix-up upon registration due to travel agent's fault. Also had a issues at restaurant. However the matters were immediately attended to and resolved by the Duty Manager lady and her assistant. Very professional and efficient guest relations team. Room was clean, food was tasty. Kudos to this property for weathering the Covid-19 and keeping things in check.

Mooi en netjes hotel.. Je word netjes ontvangen en vriendelijk personeel. Ruime kamers met hele goede bedden. Hele aparte douche die ik nog niet eerder heb gezien. Mooi zwembad. Nadelen: Bizar duur. Restaurant zou ik vermijden. 8€ voor een biertje wat om de hoek 1€ kost. Vermijdt de kamers met uitzicht op het zwembad. Te gehorig. Zaterdag werd er een bruiloft feest gehouden en het hele hotel heeft er van genoten. Ook de mensen die al lagen te slapen.
