Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience at ibis Astana did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you encountered, including the issues with the meeting room air conditioning, delays in providing water, and the lack of available refreshments at the time of your request. We also regret the misunderstanding regarding the billing process at the bar and the service attitude you described from our team members. This is not reflective of the standards of professionalism and hospitality we strive to maintain. We are especially concerned to hear about your experience with the sofa bed setup and the perception of staff responsiveness.
