Great hospitality in an excellent location! I was welcomed warmly by the night duty staff. All the interaction with the team during this short stay showed their professional and friendly attitude. I will be back to explore Sofia soon and thanks to the Novotel team for making my stay perfect!

Excellent hospitality by Radostin, stay was very comfortable. Got an upgraded room with complimentary minibar and breakfast was convenient. The mall next door is walkable and has good restaurant and grocery options. Highly recommend

This hotel was absolutely outstanding and truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. A very special thank you to Damyan, whose attitude, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference in our experience. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a smile and a positive, professional approach. His dedication and hospitality are truly exceptional. The entire hotel staff deserves the highest praise. Every single employee was friendly, helpful, and attentive, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. We had a fantastic stay at the NOVOTEL Sofia, and it was largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by David Yordanov. We arrived with a complicated booking issue involving a significant amount of money, but David was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional in helping us resolve the situation. To our surprise, he went above and beyond by offering us a room upgrade, which made our trip even more special. The hotel is in a perfect location and the staff is top-notch, but David’s hospitality truly stood out. Our stay was memorable because of him. Highly recommended!
