We had a fantastic stay at the NOVOTEL Sofia, and it was largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by David Yordanov. We arrived with a complicated booking issue involving a significant amount of money, but David was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional in helping us resolve the situation. To our surprise, he went above and beyond by offering us a room upgrade, which made our trip even more special. The hotel is in a perfect location and the staff is top-notch, but David’s hospitality truly stood out. Our stay was memorable because of him. Highly recommended!

Held a training course and felt supported all the time. Staff answered all our requests and even more, facilities are very convenient, food is tasty, enough and always on time. Ambiance is cozy.

Novotel is always the first choice for all business trips to Sofia in my company. The location is great, public transportation to the city center almost in front of the hotel, The Mall in the neighborhood. The staff is always great and helpfull, and especially he young recepcionist guy who tried his best to be at our service and support us with all information we needed. I am looking forward to the next stay in Novotel Sofia.

The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located—close to the airport and with easy access to the city center and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering great views and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Second time i stay here. On the main road towards the centre . Close to the airport, a mall next door. Friendly staff, nice room, good breakfast.
