I stayed in the Novotel for 24 hours while in transit. Starting with the friendly welcome from Ivan at the desk, the whole experience was smooth, hassle free and notable by the friendliness of the staff. I spend a good deal of my professional life in hotels - and this was exactly what I need for a ‘transit hotel’. Well done.

It was a great stay in Sofia. Extremely clean and cosy rooms. Nice city view in high floors. The staff was very friendly and quite generous for guest satisfaction. Our wedding anniversary trip has reached another level by the hospitality of the staff. Nice place. Quite and cosy place. I recommend it. Clean room. Good location. The room is big enough. Modern design. New rooms. A brand new hotel. Everything was ok. I don't have bad experience here. Free clean water in every floor. Very good place.
