If you want to chill, this hotel takes relaxation to the next level. The hotel is in a quiet cove, immaculate beach. Ideal place to watch the sun go down, grab a drink from the bar & watch the amazing sunset from the cove. Reception make it very easy to check in/ out. Nothing is to much effort, just ask.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Mercure Hideaway. We got the private pool villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Room was massive, comfortable bed, great facilities in the bathroom and the outdoor area was perfect. The pool was so nice we loved every part of our stay. The private beach was just beautiful, so peaceful. We ate in the hotel a few times and food was very yummy. The staff all very helpful and friendly. Lots of great spots near by to eat as well. We will definitely be returning here.

This was our Beach Front New Years and we were Very Happy with our choice. The Staff did an amazing job on the New Years eve party with an excellent fire works display and there was a huge assortment of delicious dishes to try for the buffet dinner. We loved sitting on the bean bags by the bar at the beach having drinks and watching what we voted was our favourite sunset on our Thailand trip. We are giving two thumbs up to the breakfast buffet with fresh selections and an excellent egg station. You could see some rough edges around the resort, you could also see some new construction, these did not impact our stay. Our room was very clean, staff were excellent and super helpful. I think if you look at the price point for this resort you are definitley getting value for your dollar.

Great Pool Villa

Really loved our stay, the pool villa was awesome and well worth it, very spacious and relaxing. So, congratulations on a great room. Check in was great, housekeeping efficient, but the waiting staff in the restaurant are very sad, like they don’t want to be there. The breakfast was very very poor, all the Asian dishes served were cold and tasteless, coffee was revolting, the only thing decent for breakfast was the omelette! And the service at the egg station was excellent! I’d really suggest not doing breakfast here as it’s not worth it.

Some of the facilities in the hotel were removed since our last stay. Jacuzzi 's were all switched off, gym equipmentnot working. Our room had no place to store clothes e.g. drawers, 3 hangers in the wardrobe. OK, if you want to live out of a suitcase for a week or more. The whole hotel was looking really tired and in need of a practical overall. The bar staff were difficult and unprepared to serve beer. The rest of the staff were charming and polite, the breakfast was varied, well presented and largely delicious. I would look for another hotel for my next visit.
