The room was dirty, the bath had a ring around it from previous client, the floors had long dark hair and glitter over them. The door from the verandah did not lock. The crockery was filthy I washed before use. Comfortable bed. Great view. My experience a few years ago was clean, not this time

My stay at the Grand Macire on Magnetic Island was nothing short of spectacular. Rochelle was absolutely fantastic, her attentive and friendly service made all the difference in our stay. The pools were pristine and offered the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the breathtaking views. The entire experience was top-notch, from the stunning scenery to the exceptional service. I can't wait to return and enjoy it all over again. Highly recommend!"

Terrific place to stay, with neat views out to sea. And friendly staff. Brilliant service from Belinda, who rescued my brother when another hotel cancelled his booking on a busy weekend, and found perhaps the last rooms on Magnetic Island for him.

Highly recommend apartment..everything you need, close to bus and ferries. Will stay here again..great security (not that you need it)..clean tidy and views amazing. 4 pools within complex..1 rooftop, 2 infinity and a heated one..all with amazing views of paradise. Staff and reception really friendly and helpful.

Stayed in a two bed apartment which wasn't supposed to have water view although was pleasantly suprised to find out that it did indeed look over part of the water. The apartment was beautiful. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed I stayed in was extremely comfortable. No faults about the apartment, surpassed what I thought it would be. Ease of access was great, we got lift to the third floor and apartment door was there. Staff were lovely and helpful. Few mins walk from the ferry so very handy.
