The hotel embraces the rainforest although it lies just outside the park. Rooms are large and clean as are the bathrooms. Food is excellent but the service lets the bar and restaurant down, despite being overstaffed. Five staff members stood around with hands in their pockets or arms folded in the bar area. After waiting for 15 minutes (the bar was virtually empty), we approached a reluctant stall member for service. We also waited over an hour for food in the restaurant, two nights running, and had to chase the food up. Despite this, it was a beautiful hotel and an enjoyable stay.

Could be a great hotel. We went at the end of low season and very few people in the hotel. Pool area - despite 29c temperature was unkempt pool not cleaned no service around the pool. Restaurant staff excellent though reception wasn’t great. We were not informed of hotel activities such as daily 6pm wine tasting. Founders out by another trip advisor review. Would not recommend this hotel out of season

Junior suite are very nice completely included in the forest. Very nice experience. Restaurant has good Argentinian wine

Nice hotel in the forest and near to the Argentine iguazu national park and falls. Large lobby and good restaurant. Welcome was perfect.

Very beautiful property with gardens and trees. However, one cannot go outside without one's own transport, and you are more or less stuck in the hotel. Breakfast was food, and so is the food at the restaurant. Some fixtures are showing their age. It's still a very nice property to linger in, though you'd have to eat at the restaurant. You can use the sauna in the spa if there are no spa customers.

The room was very comfortable but there was no water to drink unless we bought some which seemed mean. We were exhausted so did not eat dinner but it looked quite expensive. Breakfast was excellent and as we had not eaten the night before we took full advantage of the. There was a wide choice of dishes on offer. The pool looked lovely but we were too tired to try it out
