I am sorry that our quality hotel standards did not meet your expectations on that occasion. We had unforeseen plumbing problem on the days of your stay and We did what we could to provide parking space for our guests as close as possible to our hotel during that busy holiday season. As you know, limited parking space is a situation that most buildings with strategic location face .
