I stayed here for 3 months in a nice, cozy, and comfortable apartment. It was a reasonable price for what it offers considering that everything is new. My apartment was composed of a bedroom with king king-size bed, a bathroom with a really nice shower, and a small kitchen area. The location is really great near the station and the city center. The people at the reception were always very nice, polite, and welcoming; and if there was some sort of problem they would immediately fix it. I enjoyed the entrance since it was very safe even in the early morning or night, especially if you live by yourself. There is also a nice pool available for everyone and there is a laundry room, really useful if you plan to stay for a long time. I will miss it a bit, I had a great time. I would totally recommend it for students!

Arriving by car we were quickly admitted to the parking and checked in efficiently by the lovely Victor. Located very close to the station and on one side of the historic area. My room was an apartment, very large with separate rooms. Having a kitchen meant I could make my own breakfast. The location of this place is fantastic. Staff are helpful and all is clean and tidy. A great base to explore the Loire Valley.

Booked this hotel as it was the closest one to the bus station (~5 minutes walk). A somewhat shady street but not too bad (the hotel also has another exit that leads to the old town). Good studio room with a kitchenette. Interior view, no outside noise, good soundproofing. A very pleasant young lady at the front desk (but it's a bit odd that the front desk is only open at certain hours).

There was a problem with parking being disabled apparently you need to book it which I did not see duing the booking process. The director eventually came and fixed it but it was not the best of starts. The problem was sorted and we got the parking space

Very friendly personel and very good breakfast. Easy to use garage at a moderate rate. We found that the room had a very limited space. Only a desk for one person, I would expect at least 2 chairs and a table. We were very happy with the airconditioning, it was 31°Celsius in Poitiers.
