Our Qatar holiday earlier this year was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was the exceptional service we received at Alwadi Hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast team looked after us every single day and were consistently polite, warm, and welcoming. They always went the extra mile to accommodate anything we needed, and the food and beverages were always incredibly fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The spa team deserve special mention for the amazing surprise they organised for my husband’s birthday massage. Not only was the treatment fantastic, but the personalised touches made it truly memorable — especially the thoughtful birthday card made with our own pictures. It was such a kind and meaningful gesture that we will never forget. The hotel exceeded our expectations by decorating our room beautifully, not just once but twice — for our honeymoon and again for my husband’s birthday. These thoughtful details made our stay feel incredibly special and personal. We stayed for 10 days and loved every moment. The location is perfect, right next to Souq Waqif and within easy walking distance, which made exploring so convenient. The reception staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional, greeting us warmly every single time we walked past. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless, making it feel fresh and brand new every day. Our room itself was stunning, complete with a lovely balcony and breathtaking views of Qatar’s skyline — something we looked forward to enjoying each day. We would absolutely return to Alwadi Hotel without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Qatar. We would also love to recognise and thank the following staff members who truly touched our hearts and deserve reward and recognition for their outstanding service: Piol, Emmanuel, Raoul, Hnin, Moez, Eaffy, Sherlyn, Sanjana, Saef, Safa, Khurram, Jodith, Ghada, and Iskandar. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the beautiful Infiniti Rooftop Bar! The view is unbelievable,the drinks were delicious, and the food was superb. We highly recommend the 5 o’clock until 8 o’clock happy hour! We had a great time!
