Dear guest, We thank you for you feedback, We are truly sorry that you did not enjoy you stay. We are actually doing renovation work but unfortunately we did not have the avaibility at your arrival for the renovated studios. Regarding the cleaning, like in every Adagio , is it only included if you stay more than 7 nights. But you can still ask at the front desk for extra towels, toilet paper, trash etc Best regards Izia
