Booking number: NNWLDZKX, I cancelled within 5 mins of booking and they deducted the payment which initially they said payment will be taken on arrival, and no refund being given as yet, even the manager is shameful saying all lies, no manners to even talk to me and respect at all, such a shame that cheap hotels like this work under good brand ACCOR and still a disgrace to even think of booking with such pathetic hotels, think before you book and give fake credit card details if possible.

I won't be back!!!

The hotel is pretty bad and this is why: - room is super small - the shower clogged up when showering and the bathroom smelled bad. - no cleaning whatsoever in our room and we stayed 5 nights. - breakfast is poor and one day there was almost nothing to eat when we arrived Good points: - internet worked well - room temperature is good - good access to metro but a 15 minute walk.

I was very happy with the beds, the neighborhood (grocery store just down the street and great pizza just across the street). Only problem was the shower didn’t have good water power but the hotel was overall good for the price. Easy to take the bus and train
