I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

I arrive at Sun night 8pm. No receptionist available, no email to inform me how to take the key. I have to ask somebody to help. Lucky someone help me to call the receptionist to get the key. If not, I have to stay overnight at the lobby. I guess he is a frequent guess, that's why know how to get the key. Is a very bad service, I have to use the word 'Lucky' to get into the room. During check out, I ask the reception to call a taxi for me. This is another bad service. The taxi arrive didn't use meter. They charge me 185 to CDG airport. Some more, at the halfway, the taxi driver ask me change to another private car continue to airport. What I feel it is a black market taxi. For the room, I think it is just renovate. It is completely new. New bathroom, new bed and table, new heater, new kitchen..etc Nothing to complain about the room. About the breakfast, only choice of 3 bread, conflake, egg. Really expensive with that kind of money pay.

We stayed there several times for a few days on business. The rooms are unattractive and partly in need of renovation. Ask for a room to the backyard. Very important: check your bill. We had multiple problems with unjustified credit card charges. For me it is clear: Never ever again.

I was working in Poissy and sadly ended up staying here. I am a frequent traveler, away most weeks and can honestly say I have never stayed in a place so dirty. I am truly stunned this is an Accor hotel. Firstly the bed was totally worn out, but I have to say when I complained this was replaced. But when I say worn out I really mean totally I could feel the slates digging into my back. Next is the carpet, wipe your hand on it and it turns brown, absolutely filthy. I can go on, but really don’t want to waste any time on such a terrible Accor hotel. All I can say is avoid. Accor you should be ashamed. Only positive was the staff, very friendly and helpful.

You will see from my previous hotel reviews, I do try to be positive !! Unfortunately on this occasion it is very difficult to do so. All I really need from a hotel on business is to be comfortable .. This is not a comfortable hotel in any shape or form ... The rooms are dirty, badly maintained and very small .. No signs of a cleaner once in my two day stay ... There is no restaurant or bar area to be able to sit .. due to the small rooms this is a must ... The heating in the room did not work and was extremely cold .. and noise from the traffic was constant (window did not shut correctly either) If you turn up after 9pm and have not advised, you will not be able to get in at all and will have to find another hotel .. as one of my colleagues found out !! Breakfast at an additional charge of 9 euro .. for a coffee and a piece of French bread and yogurt !!! They cannot be serious surely !! Complaints to reception fell on deaf ears !!! I would never stay here again !!! and the room price is way too much Sort it out ... nearly all reviews are similar !!!!
