We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay and made good use of our facilities, particularly the swimming pool and steam room. I am very sorry to learn that the sauna in the women’s changing room was out of action during your visit, and that this was not communicated to you prior to your arrival. I completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as your partner was looking forward to using it to help with her back problem. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
