Tiny rooms with cozy and quite atmosphere, room service was excellent by rohan along with check in, was good at his service and communication

Quite place, cozy atmosphere room are small. Smooth check in with Rohan, good communication and guidance, close to station.

Was there for 2 days, Room sizes are compact, overall nice experience staff is well trained especially rohan who made my check in smooth and gave his guidance for the near by location to be explored.

Depressing & dirty but WiFi is great

First & last stay. Thought I'd been put in my room in error as it was so small, basic & devoid of natural light. Second room was the same - I honestly could have cried just at the thought of being trapped in there. Moved to a room at the front, still tiny & horrid, but at least there's some light coming in. Unfortunately, the bottom of the bath had stubble in it, so now I'm not able to use the bath, because I'm weird like that, but I'm also too exhausted to go down to reception yet again. My employer booked here because: 1. It has parking. Note, it isn't free parking. It's £10 for 12hrs, £15 for 24hrs. 2. WiFi. Really good, was able to chair a large meeting on Teams with no issues at all. 3. It's apparently certified as safe for lone female travellers. We'll see, but having a car park down a dark alley isn't filling me with confidence for when I get back late tonight. This is obviously somewhere just to lay your head when you're out & about all day/night. I'm here on business, & I need to work in my room but it is SO depressing - I've been here 2 hours & I can't wait to leave. I'm also extremely miffed about the dirty bath which has now made it off limits to me. There really is no excuse for that. It's disgusting.
