โรงแรมทำเลที่ตั้งดีมากอยู่ใจกลางเมือง และอยู่ใกล้กับแหล่งท่องเที่ยวของ Glasgow ห้องพักถือว่าพอใช้ได้ ถ้าจะให้ดีมากควรจะมีตู้เย็นในห้องพัก แต่ในห้องไม่มีตู้เย็นทำให้ได้คะแนนจากการเข้าพักครั้งนี้แค่ 7 ในฐานะสมาชิก Platinum ไม่ได้รับการอัพเกรดห้อง แต่อื่นถือว่าโรงแรมให้ความใส่ใจดี ถ้าผมได้รับอัพเกรดห้องพักตามสิทธิที่พึงได้ จะให้คะแนนเต็ม 10 เลย
