Location was perfect for the railway station and sites. Our room was small but adequate for our two night stay . All staff were professional efficient and helpful . Especially Joy at reception who also helped us with left luggage . Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Thanks for a lovely stay .

Christmas Party Night.What a great venue with superb staff .Angela, Millie , Sophie plus the two Security gents absolute credit to the Mercure hotel.In fact all a credit . Best venue so far and will be back next year .Toilets right beside you .Served at bar easily .Good DJ .Well done Mercure 👏👏👏

Spotlessly clean, handy location for the city centre, very quiet, best blackout curtains we've ever experienced, 5* gym and friendly welcome from Dylan.
