Great service from lovely staff Perfect comfy very clean room , beds & bedding stuff, Excellent amenities hot cold shower work well we had very quiet nights and good sleeping here , having hair dryer to borrow without costs having mini grocery inside also having large parking lots too

The most dirty room I’ve been to. Hair was everywhere (sheets, pillows etc) sticky marks on the floor, urin stain on matrass and a weird smell. Receptonist couldn’t do anything…. After two hours we got a new room and also hair everywhere here… Rooms at GOOD hotels is only 20£ more, DO THEM INSTEAD. Terrible service from the leader also, First she said we get money back and she said we don’t. Terrible experience, I’m never coming back

A below basic budget hotel for non-budget prices. Paid £180 for two people for a Saturday night here. The room didn’t even have tea and coffee facilities in it. Staff gave us a card that didn’t work for the room originally. Then proceeded to give other guests a card for the room we were actually in, meaning they walked in. You want to pay £80 max for this hotel really, not £180. Don’t recommend for this price whatsoever, not sure how this can even be justified.

It’s an Ibis Budget. It is what it is. It was clean, bed was comfortable, room a decent size. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. Had a gig at the Hydro and that was an easy, safe walk if you don’t mind a walk My only gripe - THERE’S NO KETTLE IN THE ROOM! I missed being able to have a brew in the room. Yes, there’s tea and coffee in the dining room but we had to pay £2 per cup of tea or coffee (outside of breakfast hours)

We stayed here on a Saturday for one night as we were at the Armadillo for a gig. It was the cheapest hotel I could find that wasn't too far away (£94 double room). Yes, I'd read the reviews, so wasn't expecting too much. Our room was fine. Tiny, and basic, but had clean bedding and towels, the room itself was clean. For what we needed it for, it was OK. Saying that we literally dumped our bag and headed straight out. Not sure what it would be like to have 2 people shower and get ready. We slept OK ish, bed OK, but the pillows a bit soft for our liking. The heating worked OK. We didn't have breakfast, but found the free coffee OK. The lifts were fine as well. The hotel seemed busy and we never really waited long. Over all, I'd stay again if I was at a gig nearby, although I don't think £94 is "budget", but then again maybe it is considering the other hotels prices.
