Honestly had the best service I've ever had, I was at the bar after checking in and had such a lovely service from Erin. She was so helpful about local facilities and bars to go to which is just what me and my friend was after!! She was absolutely amazing with our service and honestly never had better service from a service member ever! Major thank you to Erin for making our stay so amazing!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past and it’s always been good. The staff are all very nice and helpful, the hotel is clean and the rooms are fine. The only downside at the moment is the major road / building works going on right outside the front door. I think they are possibly digging Glasgow up and moving it somewhere else. I booked the hotel through booking.com and there was no mention of this work. Only a one night stay, so wasn’t a major problem so far as I was concerned, but I imagine it could be an issue if you were staying longer. Would not hesitate to stay again though.

Don't Stay Here- Not Worth The Money

Don't stay here if you want a quiet stay, there's a very noisy building site outside and outside the hotel, there working 7 days a week and they start before 8 am, cranes, generators, diggers, dumpers. Everytime somebody flushed the toilet on the floors above us it sounded like a tube train passing through our room. It's also a fair walking distance from the City Centre. Generic room was clean but tired, but the bathroom had mould on the walls as the fan didn't work and there's cracked & broken fixings aplenty, It's way overpriced for what's on offer and would never stay here again, plus points staff were v helpful but a 1/5

The staff in hotel really nice ( visited yesterday 11/6 -12/6 24 )and friendly nothing a problem Charlene Louise etc. Hotel very clean room spotless well done housekeeping staff shower very clean and nice big towels .Food for breakfast excellent lovely selection staff so friendly and very efficient clearing tables and restaurants and re - setting tables excellent chef and staff As a retired housekeeper supervisor and dining room supervisor always check all these things just old habits hard to forget 😁 but would have no problem visiting again or recommending to others ThankYou All Mary Leitch

Nice hotel but loud because of construction

We only stayed at this hotel for one night. When we arrived there was a lot of construction going on and roads were blocked off. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very welcoming and our room was small but cozy. There was no AC and our room was hot. We were able to crack the window but had to shut it because of construction.
