Had the company xmas party here , the food was shocking, ran out of most drinks on the bar ...Will be the first and last booking a party here ...it was abysmal....

Brilliant service throughout, the staff couldn't do enough for us. Our room was very nice and cosy, brilliant large bed. My food allergy was taken into consideration and thete wete no problems. We all had a little gift on Christmas day!

This hotel does not do the Mercure name any favours at all. The whole place is run down and in urgent need of a refurbishment. My room was smallish and old fashioned, with a mixture of types of old furniture in poor condition. The chair had marks on it, the heater had one wheel missing and the other broken altogether, the basin had lamination splitting and peeling, the timber around the window was degrading and peeling, there were water stains and dust on the fittings. Luckily I was only there for one night and only paying £42. We were offered a free drink if we lodged a review so the barman watched as we went through the process before he would give us our drink. The bar was small and dominated by a large TV. We had our drink in a corridor outside. The shower water pressure was weak and the temperature luke warm. I opened the window to see smouldering pile in the garden that was apparently a bon fire the night before. It was like the end of the world. Breakfast was actually OK with a wide variety of typical options including eggs, bacon and croissants.

una de mis peores noches en accor hotels, el extremado frío en la habitación debido a la muy deficiente aislamiento de las tres ventanas y la poca eficiencia de la calefaccion que en el caso del cuarto de baño era inexistente.

Un hotel recomendable porque sales del ruido y lo poco que hacer en Bradford y aquí tienes opción de campo, naturaleza, canales y la cercanía de Bingley, pequeño pueblo en el que siempre encuentras un sitio donde tomar un buen café, una cerveza o comer en algún italiano interesante. Las habitaciones están bien, quizás un poco faltas de mejoras en las instalaciones pero bien (tener el tubo de la ducha con cinta aislante y despegada no da la mejor impresión). El personal, agradable! Buen desayuno pero no para volverse loco.
