Recently celebrated our dog club’s 100 year anniversary at the Mercure, we stayed for two nights and enjoyed the on site facilities. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy, often overlooked in reviews, the shower was also excellent. Special mention to the operations manager karen who was there to ensure that the event went off without a hitch, all of the staff were great and they couldn’t do enough to help. Many shops close by and a nice walk around the lake just behind the property. Would definitely recommend.

Accoglienza efficientissima servizioalla reception gentile, Camera spaziosa con dotazioni corrette, letto ampio. WiFi immediato Ristorante con servizio veloce, cibo ben cotto e ben presentato. Buona scelta di piatti. Ampie sale comuni per la socializzazione.

Ho soggiornato qui per due notti. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile, la stanza era pulita ed accogliente. Il letto molto comodo. Insomma, tutto soddisfacente! Non ho potuto testare la sala fitness, ma abbiamo gustato un ottimo “afternoon tea”. Per concludere, posso sinceramente consigliare questa struttura per un gradevole soggiorno.

Abbastanza pulita la camera nonostante la moquette (in caso contrario di solito me ne accorgo perchè essendo ellergico alla polvere comincio a tossire). Sicuramente le camere non sono un granchè ma mi accontento. La colazione è molto improntata ai gusti inglesi (proteine, cereali e frutta), sconsigliata se si è abituati a mangiare dolci (non ci sono torte e le brioche sono stantie. Ha anche una zona fitness che però non potuto ispezionare.

la camera è pulita anche se con moquette e le camere un po' vecchie. la colazione valida per un inglese ma non per un italiano come me (buona varietà di proteine e cereali ma quasi assente i dolci). Buono il WiFi gratuito.
