However, we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused by the lift being temporarily out of service. Furthermore, we apologise for the oversight regarding the shower gel and the cups in your room. We will review this with our team to ensure consistent service. We also regret to hear that the air cooling system did not meet your expectations.
