It is clear that several aspects of your experience, including your room assignment, lack of upgrade, absence of a welcome gesture, insufficient power outlets, low and non-adjustable shower, and poor Wi-Fi, fell far short of the standards we strive to deliver. Please accept my sincere apologies for the cleanliness concerns you experienced upon arrival. A bathroom that is not properly cleaned, leaking toilet fixtures, and towels with marks are completely unacceptable and far from the standards we aim to provide. I am also sorry that you found the room too cold and that the heating was not sufficient. Your comments regarding the bathroom condition and the overall value for money have been noted. We are currently reviewing the maintenance and cleanliness of the room you stayed in to ensure these issues are resolved immediately.
