Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, das es aber mit seiner Lage wieder wettmacht. Direkt an Piccadilly Gardens gelegen, war der Lärm trotzdem nicht zu hören. Die Zimmer rochen leider etwas muffig und waren auch ziemlich kalt. Der Service überall war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders Lewis im Restaurant. Das britische Frühstück war gut, wir hätten uns eine kleine Auswahl an Brötchen gewünscht ...

Recht altes Hotel. Fenster kann man wenig öffnen. Sehr Gutes Frühstückbuffet gute Auswahl. Leider ist im Frühstückraum alles weit weg von den Tischen an einem Ecke ist der Brotrost, Kaffee, Warmes Essen alles weit weg

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Mercure Hotel war eine große Enttäuschung. Ich hab erstmalig als Platin Mitglied kein Upgrade und keine Begrüßung am Zimmer bekommen. Meine Freunde, die über booking.com gebucht haben hatten schönere Zimmer. Beim Bett war weder links noch rechts eine Steckdose. Die brauche ich für mein medizinisches Schlafgerät. Es war kaum Empfang mit W-LAN im Zimmer. Die Dusche war viel zu niedrig und nicht verstellbar. Von einem 4 Sterne Mercure Hotel hätte ich mir viel mehr erwartet. Ich hab dieses Hotel vor meinem Aufenthalt für April wieder gebucht. Den Aufenthalt werde ich augenblicklich stornieren. Liebe Grüße.

Badezimmer war nicht sauber, Wc hat auf den Boden getropft, Handtücher waren nicht sauber (Lippenstift), Zimmer war zu kalt

A bathroom that is not properly cleaned, leaking toilet fixtures, and towels with marks are completely unacceptable and far from the standards we aim to provide. I am also sorry that you found the room too cold and that the heating was not sufficient. Your comments regarding the bathroom condition and the overall value for money have been noted. We are currently reviewing the maintenance and cleanliness of the room you stayed in to ensure these issues are resolved immediately. Lage sehr zentral + sehr freundlicher Empfang inkl. kostenlosem Zimmerupgrade, Zimmer (besonders das Bad) trotz des Upgrades in die Jahre gekommen; leider nur eine Wannendusche mit sehr niedrigem Duschkopf, welcher für mich (1,84m) auf Brusthöhe war; Internet auf dem Zimmer sehr schlecht (Flur & Bad ok), Bett, Sofa sowie Schreibtisch (ganz) schlecht bis nicht vorhanden; Teilnahme an MS Teams Meeting nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich;
