The resort is there to make money and not care for its customers The island is great but the resort cashes in money, doesn’t helps its customers and have a terrible attitude

An amazing experience from start to finish! Fabulous dining, staff were amazing and our beach front villa was beautiful! We had a personal tour with a ranger ‘Dave’ who made our day and my husband’s birthday so very special! Highly recommended

We've stayed here many times for the same Christmas work function. Unfortunately, each year the quality of service decreases. The bar staff are slow and disorganised. Long waits for drinks and messy presentation of a pricey drink thrown over the counter hastily. Unsure if it's due to staff being understaffed, undertrained or just mismanaged. Our feature night for our upper level staff consisted of steaks that were nothing like was labelled and quite underwhelming. Requests for dietary's and preferences was requested by the resort ahead of time and returned well in advance so really there was little excuse for the quality of the final product. Very mixed feedback from our staff about the night. When a premium is charged for the experience you expect a premium product in all areas and unfortunately - the resort itself doesn't deliver. The private bus tour was awesome and our driver made the day allowing and accomodating requests. Highlight would be Lake Mackenzie. The dedicated staff member assigned to our team to look after logistics was great. Our accomodation in a villa was an amazing location, clean and tidy. Watch out for the island tax - $96 for a carton of northerns - brutal.

Was a good stay but room was tired looking and noisy. Easy walking distance to pool and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was good. Lots to choose from.

Beautiful Complex, Stunning Location but really needs an update

This is a beautiful complex in stunning location but in desperate need of an update. Beds were sagging and very uncomfortable, bathroom and outdoor furniture very tired but lovely view over the pond and landscape. Restaurant was good, comprehensive breakfast buffet and lovely pool area. The archery activity needs a serious overhaul.
