This Novotel hotel stands out with a superior knowledge of Accor, as well as being the only hotel in my Accor experiences to have gone the extra mile before check-in. With the warmest pre-arrival emails and in-person attention by Ms. Rosa, Ms. Tran, Ms. Ngan, Ms. Luccie, and Ms. Nami, there was a sense of pre-arrival excitement. Upon meeting each of them, I was even more impressed by the consistent hospitality this Novotel offers on every day of the stay. Thank you to everyone who makes this hotel so special, including Mr. Tuan, Mr. Joseph, trainee Mr. Joey. You too, Mr Huy and Mr. Vinh from the Restaurant. Mr. Marc and Mr. Xavier, I believe you should feel very much proud of your staff, their service and warmth that comes out from every single one of the team consistently on every day.

it was an awesome stay at Novotel that was over my expectation than i ever about sevice throughout our trip. before we came vietnam, I was afraid about flooding in Danang and i received a good and lovely advice from a call center that reassured us from our worries. Our room was with a nice view and was cleaned. Breakfast is so good, and has many options for us to choose. Receptionists is wonderful. They are always kind and ready to assist us regarding our questions.

Had an enjoyable stay at Novetel . The hotel was incredibly clean, with rooms having a nice view of the Han River and the service was outstanding. A special mention to the bellboy TUNG for his exceptional assistance—friendly, attentive, and truly above and beyond. Highly recommend!
