Exceptionally helpful staff, particularly in Reception. Very good, secure car-park, well worth the added cost. Chaumont is well worth visiting.

An Ideal Overnight Stop

We wanted to have two overnight stops on our way from Calais to the Cote d'Azur. After some research we chose this hotel. Chaumont proved to be a delightful stopover. The Ibis Styles is very central and most importantly (to us at least) offers secure parking. Our room was comfortable, with a window opening onto a pedestrian street below. It was quiet. The included breakfast the following morning was very generous. Cereal, cheese and cold meat, lots of baked goods and coffee and juice ad lib. A good way to fuel up before we continued south.

Really nice hotel for a stopover. The hotel was clean and the room was compact but well appointed. The secure parking was great as were the staff and Breakfast was plentiful. The only minor point was that we found it difficult to find somewhere to eat in the evening as they all appeared to be closed which was odd for a Saturday night! That obviously isn’t the hotels fault but it’s worth bearing in mind

Great hotel in the middle of town centre. We stayed here with kids, while travelling between the UK and Spain. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a good variety. There is a car park under the hotel. We recommend this hotel for both short and long stays

Worst hotel hospitality ever

Rooms have no fridges so I had to ask for ice cubes. The hotel owns a restaurant that has professional ice maker. Elsa at the reception and the restaurant manager refused to give me ice cubes, shouted at me and the restaurant manager told to to leave the hotel. Elsa would not let me talk to the manager. I filed a complaint against these two people.
