Small but very nice, clean hotel, excellent offers for family, personnel always available and kind. Good connection to city center, good choice for breakfast, open H24, which is not always granted, we'll keep it in mind for future destinations

Hotel to AVOID Room extremely small, bath room too small. Glass door of the shower broken, informed the reception who has done nothing during 2 days. Breakfast very disappointed, tables not clean, food not good… And on top of that, attitude of the staff very rude. For the price, you can find much much better in Paris…

beware paying city tax more than once

This would have scored higher but I was charged twice for the city tax. I paid with a card on my arrival and foolishly declined a receipt. When I left the next morning the receptionist insisted I had not paid the city tax. I don't have bank details on my phone, it was very early in the morning and I had a train to catch - plus I don't speak very good french, especially when taken by surprise. So I paid again - and since getting home I can see that it comes up twice on my statement. I thought an international hotel chain would be fairly safe from this kind of thing but clearly not.

this is a very nice hotel with good location, not far from busses and metro lines, the hotel itself is clean, reception staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are not too big but clean and beds are comfortable, the bathrooms could be bigger, though, very fresh and tasty breakfast with fresh orange juice

The rating is between average and poor. It's mediocre. The rooms are small (nothing unexpected) the bathroom smaller.. I had to repair the flush toilet as it did not work. Bring ironed shirts because there's no iron board and the suggested "use the table in the room" does not work. The WiFi offering is really terrible. The network connection drops all the time if ever one manages to connect. In the basement restaurant there's no coverage at all. The breakfast offering is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful. That saved the day for this hotel.
