Kleine kamer, badkamer op 3 ipv 5 sterren niveau, en persoonlijke aandacht ontbreekt. Bed en ontbijt waren prima maar we missen de persoonlijke touch volledig. Voor de wellness purist vermoedelijk prima maar de strand en luxe aanhanger mist hier echt wat.

Mooi hotel en entree. Maar kamers te klein, te duur voor wat er geboden word. Ontbijtzaal te klein, veel wachten en te klein aanbod. Werd ook niet aangevuld...erg trage bediening. Nee, voor een hotel met deze stature en prijzen (parkeren 40 euro!). En de badkamer vol kalkresten en douchekop ook. Nogmaals prachtige stijl maar veel te duur. We hebben in veel betere M gallery hotels geslapen.

We understand that you found the overall pricing, including the parking (29€), too high. We do our best to remain competitive compared to other hotels of similar standing in the area, but we are sorry if you felt the value did not match your expectations. We also regret that the size of your room and the bathroom cleanliness did not meet your satisfaction. You had booked our Classic Room, which is our smallest category. For future stays, please feel free to contact our reservations team directly so we can help you select a larger room category, better suited to your preferences. Finally, we sincerely apologize again for the limescale issue in the bathroom, which our housekeeping team took care of immediately after your feedback at check-out. Super vriendelijk personeel en conciërge. Prima ontbijt en restaurant . Ruime kamer maar zonder zicht, spijtig, keek uit op binnenkoer. Prijs auto-parking duur. Wellness niet gebruikt.
