It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. I would like specially thank Radha, Neeraj and Shiv from Square restaurant for their hospitality. Most importantly Radha for her professional and showed the right attitude. She noticed that the food was a little spicy for me and she immediately reached out to me to understand what was the concern and helped me to get the spicy level corrected.. Thanks to the the entire team !

Good food and hospitality but bad quality of products provided and improperly maintained amenities

The food was good but the quality of the towels, bathrobes were bad, to an extent that it was torn. The bathroom amenities were less than average with the shower and the hand shower knobs not completely functional. The jet spray felt like needles spraying.

It was a comfortable stay. Though would say the room size is not enough for a family of 4. Secondly bathroom should be quipped with more cloth hangers and the shower area needs a glass door, so that the water doesn't flow towards the basin area.
