Damp smelling rooms, low hygiene standards, unsatisfactory gym

Once the checkout time is finished.. no one has informed and they closed access to lift and room.. that's not correct. Access to pool is also not allowed

Room - jet spray in bathroom not working, matters is too soft had a back pain and second day slept on the floor. Service - once I enter the room, I saw comb, shoe shiner, bathroom sleepers were missing, called your team nobody picked the call for 15-20 mins. Than called reception twice and he sent the person 15 mins later. Food - this is the horrible exp I had. Afternoon I had a event in your hotel where you served 2 curries, rice and dal. I ordered veg thali in night I got the same curriers, same dal and rice. Are your serious can I send someone to do audit of your hotel.
