check and check out services were very slow and with people who had no training. There was no manager to guide the attendants who were inexperienced and long lines formed, with a long wait time. services need to improve a lot

Friendly and simple but clean accommodation. As a long period for work and some short trips I feel comfortable and well served. All staff was very polity and well trained. Perfect location also. To return for sure.

I have recently stayed at this hotel and have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. For a fair price, I enjoyed a comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly and helpfull staff. Not to mention the location, which was good as well. I will definetely be staying there again next time I visit Uberaba.

Quiet and comfortable hotel as expected from an Ibis / Accor hotel. Helpful and helpful receptionists, large lobby, quiet and comfortable rooms. Full breakfast with late start (6:30 am); before this time only a small breakfast. But the prices are fair for both. Very close to a mall where you can find good restaurants, shops and services. If it is not raining hard it is possible to walk. A good hotel in Uberaba. I recommend.

The Ibis Hotel in Uberaba has the usual outfit of the hotels of this chain. My room was clean and everything was working. The staff was friendly and efficient. The best of my stay was the closeness to the shopping mall (3 min walking distance). Breakfast was good and parking is free. Fully recommended.
