This is far below the standards we strive to maintain, and we apologise for the distress and inconvenience caused to you and your family. As we were fully booked on the night of your stay, we regret that we were unable to arrange a new room for you. Upon your report of the stain on the spare duvet stored in the wardrobe, we immediately replaced it with a new duvet to ensure your comfort. To address your concerns further, we have informed our housekeeping team to perform an extra cleaning the following day to ensure the cleanliness level met your standard.
