Una delle famiglie del gruppo ha trovato bagno sporco con escrementi di tavoletta e lenzuola sporche di materiale organico di fatto la camera non era pulita e per considerato l’orario d’arrivo (primo pomeriggio) nessuno poteva pulire. Altre camere non erano disponibili

This is far below the standards we strive to maintain, and we apologise for the distress and inconvenience caused to you and your family. As we were fully booked on the night of your stay, we regret that we were unable to arrange a new room for you. Upon your report of the stain on the spare duvet stored in the wardrobe, we immediately replaced it with a new duvet to ensure your comfort. Additionally, we offered your family welcome drinks as a gesture of goodwill. To address your concerns further, we have informed our housekeeping team to perform an extra cleaning the following day to ensure the cleanliness level met your standard. Please note that all rooms are cleaned to our established standards and inspected by both the housekeeping supervisor and manager before being released to guests. We regret that this process did not meet your expectations on this occasion, and we are taking steps to reinforce our procedures to prevent such incidents in the future. Soggiorno confortevole, unica pecca il fatto che avevo prenotato due letti gemelli e mi è stato assegnato un letto matrimoniale….altro difetto i cuscini, davvero scomodi

LAGE: Sehr gut erreichbar, weil sehr zentral. Quasi nebenan die "Moor Street Station", ca. 8 min bis "New Street Station", quasi schräg gegenüber der Busbahnhof ("Coach Station"), drei Minuten bis Bullring, ebenso kurz gehts nach Chinatown, .. und auf der Rückseite beginnt schon der Stadtteil Digbeth, ... insgesamt aber ruhig. Bis auf die Baustelle nebenan. Dazu mehr unten. SERVICE/AUSSTATTUNG: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, ebenso der Checkout. Und auch die übrigen Kontakte mit dem Personal waren tadellos. Toll auch, dass ich kostenfrei meinen Koffer noch da lassen konnte nach dem Checkout. Das Hotel bietet Frühstück, Lounge, Fitnessbereich, Wäscherei - alles tpisch für das Apartel-Prinzip - jeodch habe ich nichts davon gebucht bzw. genutzt. Der Zugang ist barrierefrei, es gibt zwei Aufzüge. Das WLAN ist gratis, schnell und stabil. Nachts gibt es einen Wachmann, der in der Lobby wacht. Was Sicherheit anbetrifft, so ist es auch gut, dass man nur mit der Schlüsselkarte den Aufzug aktivieren kann, um in die Etagen zu kommen. ZIMMER: Ich durfte vor Ort wählen zwischen einem Zimmer auf der 1. Etage oder einem auf der 5. Etage, jedoch ein barrierefreies. Ich entschied für für das letztere, in der Hoffnung, dass ich dann einen bessere Aussicht habe. Am Ende nur ein Fesnter und der Blick auf die Baustelle. Auch wenn täglich dort aktuell gearbeitet wird, ist der Lärm erträglich, erst recht mit geschlossenen Fenstern. Das Zimmer war sauber, alles in gutem Zustand. Mit vollausgestatteter Pantry-Küche. Das Bad, die Badtür und das niedriger gesetzte Waschbecken, alles barrierefrei. Hta mich so nicht gestört. Bettwäsche von guter Qualität, die Handtücher auch. Nur zwei klitzekleine Dinge haben mich persönlich etwas gestört: Ich empfand die Matratze als recht hart, ebenso das Kissen. Und der Parkett-Imitation-Boden ist so glatt, dass die beiden Einzelbetten da etwas verrutschen können, wenn man sich stärker auf dem Bette bewegt bzw. rutschen die beiden Betten auseinander. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die funktioniert gut. Das Zimmer selbst habe ich nicht als hellhörig empfunden. Ich konnte ruhig schlafen. FAZIT: Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden, Preis-Leistung stimmten für mich. Das Hotel ist in gutem Zustand, das Personal freundlich und die Lage einfach toll. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder einkehren.
