This was my second stay at the Ibis. Its a good value for money hotel. Though the amenities are basic, it's good enough for a short stay. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. The breakfast was decent, the location is central.

This was my worst experience in a hotel from Accor Hotels. I recommend to stay at any other hotel but this. Staff doesn't give you any information about the hotel and areas, if you show up 15 minutes before the opening of their breakfast they will kick you out like you are there to do something that they don't allow. Worst experience ever.

I would like to forget the stay this time in Ibis Riyadh Olaya. Firstly, I booked online requesting a room with a good view of outside. But, I was given a room at the 1st floor with the view of AC ducts and FCU. Also the TV did not work during my stay.

Good location at Olaya Street. Nice decor and size of room. Breakfast is acceptable.When we arrived, we were told that no room that non smoking despite we booked non smoking room. In the end, the staff said non smoking room is available after some talk.

No hot water in shower despite complaint, un professional and rude reception staff, reception didn't call when I requested for morning wake up call, reception staff misbehaved at check out, reception didn't answer when I called from room several times.

Nice Classic Ibis Hotel with Clean Quiet Rooms. The only issue is the lack of professionalism of the Receptionists & Front Desk Employees. Non-Helpful , a bit Lazy, somehow useless & Non-welcoming especially the night shift receptionist.

Good bed. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. I spent nine days here, and have no complaints. Uber service is prompt, and cabs are always available. The location is great -- but the city is at time of writing torn up with public works construction (which is no fault of the hotel's), so walking to the Kingdom Tower is a bit of a challenge.

Noisy room place, shower water level goes high without drainage. The bed was not so clean and the room ground also. usually, it is fine but this time it was a bad experience. I think about going to other hotel next time

Hotel was fine - some of the rooms at side look onto walls/close adjacent buildings so no views to outside that are any good. Rooms at front of hotel or back which have glass are better but keep requesting them but never get one

My local Ibis while in Riyadh Stayed here several times and enjoy the efficient friendly service.Good restaurant and the room quality you expect from Ibis. The construction is the issue, If you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. The new build next door runs late and starts early.

I always stay in this Hotel when I'm on business in Riyadh. The location is central for meetings, the staff are friendly, the rooms comfortable and the food good. One niggle, when I came to Check In, a party of people had just arrived and was at least half an hour, before the Duty Manage arrived to assist the one guy on reception!

If you are on the first floor, chances are that you will face a wall 1 meter from your window! I guess I would have a better view in prison from behind the bars! Moreover the manager of the hotel doesn't have the power/ability to offer you a 10,-€ / 50 SAR discount to solve any problem! Manager or Management system should be changed.

Points of strength: - Fitness rooms equipped with two treadmill machines and open until 23 pm. No weigths included but to me this solution is perfect. - Excellent breakfast and restaurant: oriental grill is recommended - Excellent price per value considering the location. - Fast and reliable wi-fi - Fast check-in and check-out Points of weakness: Safe closed and never opened after having asked it once to the reception.

Room needs to be facing NOT another building. Otherwise need to give guest a choice at the time of booking if they get a room with a view or not, otherwise offer a bigger discount on rooms with no view. No good showing up at the hotel and finding out that there are no other rooms available and on rooms with no view are available after booking. Tell guests what room view they are getting

Very bad service from the house keeping the dont clean good they dont have tawels just small one they don't remove the dirty things and the floor was so dirty i ask them to clean it but no one did i stay there for 5 days and the room is the same
