Hôtel très bien placé , en centre ville , proche de l'arrêt de tram pour aller à la gare . Excellent service et chambre très confortable .

Chambre minuscule donnant sur une cour intérieure sombre et crasseuse, on se croyait dans une cave. Pas de room service.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Some of our rooms do face what we refer to as the \'inner well\' of the hotel. I am very sorry should this have been disappointing to receive. Should any room not have been to your liking, a quick conversation with our reception team and we would have been most happy to look to see if an alternative room was available for you in a different location. Naturally this is subject to room availability. I am very sorry should this not have been to your liking. Room service is available 24/7 with a stone baked pizza menu available. I do apologise should this offering not have been sufficient or suited your taste. We will be sure to review ongoing feedback to see if this offering needs to be increased. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us.
