スタッフの対応も良く、言葉が不得手にも関わらず熱心に聞き取っていただき親切な対応をしてくれた。ホテル内はフロントから部屋まで清潔に保たれており、朝食も美味しかった。 唯一気になったのはカードキーの1枚が泊まっているフロアへのエレベーターアクセス権が無かったこと。3階に泊まったが、その1枚のカードキーは何故か3階にはアクセス出来ず、6階へのエレベーターアクセス権が付いていた。

2019年から何回も泊まっていますが、初めてリノベーションされていないお部屋に通されました。 全体的に薄汚れていて、時計版は埃まみれ。 時計の時間もあっていない。 エアコンの空気口も黒ずんでおり、お手洗いは流れない。 最悪でした。もう泊まりません。

インパクトアリーナでのコンサートで帰りの移動を心配する事なく充分に楽しめ　 女性1人歩きでも安心して歩ける立地条件に感動(5分ほど) ホテルスタッフの対応も親切丁寧　 部屋も広く清潔で快適 シャワーの水圧も問題無し！ 目の前のコンビニもあり　10〜15分程の距離にモールもあるので買い物にも困らない 次回も必ず利用したいホテルです

インパクトアリーナでのコンサート時に滞在しました。会場のすぐ近くなのでグッズ購入したものをお部屋に置きに帰れたり休憩できたりと非常に便利でした。朝食ビュッフェもスタッフの方も多く広くて美味しくて快適でした。

コンサートの終了が23時を超えていましたが、徒歩で数分でホテルに戻れたので楽でした。 コンサートの翌日、grabで8時間タクシーを予約しようとしましたがタクシーが見つからず困って、ホテルのクラークのスタッフに相談したところ、私たちの行きたい馬車をGoogleマップを使って正確に把握した上でタクシー会社と交渉してくださり、無事に行きたいところを全て網羅して観光できました。スタッフのお名前はうろ覚えですがSARAHMさん？だったと思います。 ホテル自体も清潔で、朝食も美味しかったです。
