Perfect hotel for concerts and events at Impact Arena and Challenger Halls!

We stayed at the Novotel Impact while attending a concert, and it was the perfect choice. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the Impact Arena and halls, so we could easily avoid all the traffic before and after the show. The indoor pool is temperature-controlled and a great size, and the food at the restaurants was excellent. Special thanks to Jacky at the reception, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful — he truly deserves a raise! New at the restaurant was also very kind and attentive. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay, highly recommended if you’re attending any event at Impact.

インパクトアリーナでコンサートがあったため、こちらのホテルを利用させていただきました。 会場とホテルが近いことは本当に便利だと改めて思いました。 こちらのスタッフさんたちは皆さん丁寧で、室内も清潔でした。また朝食もバラエティにとんでいて良かったです。 強いて言うならば、部屋の電気が暗いです。ですが、総体的にはお値段相応で満足でした。
