スタッフの対応も良く、言葉が不得手にも関わらず熱心に聞き取っていただき親切な対応をしてくれた。ホテル内はフロントから部屋まで清潔に保たれており、朝食も美味しかった。 唯一気になったのはカードキーの1枚が泊まっているフロアへのエレベーターアクセス権が無かったこと。3階に泊まったが、その1枚のカードキーは何故か3階にはアクセス出来ず、6階へのエレベーターアクセス権が付いていた。

2019年から何回も泊まっていますが、初めてリノベーションされていないお部屋に通されました。 全体的に薄汚れていて、時計版は埃まみれ。 時計の時間もあっていない。 エアコンの空気口も黒ずんでおり、お手洗いは流れない。 最悪でした。もう泊まりません。
