The hotel in general is clean however the room is small and this is normal for such business hotel type. But the pillow was not comfortable and inside the room space is not enough to manage your staff in convienet way. Breakfast was fine. Also, what I didn't like that you can't ask for water, tea and coffee bags refill and it is mentioned in the rules; which is not looking nice for international brand hotel.

The room key its really required right attention. I booked one room for one night and I asked to reprogrammed my room key three times by reception . Also the toilet not clean

reciption and all room service staf were very kind, food quality is good. but the bes and pillow`s cover was dirty and the bed cover ( quilt) material is very cheap and very bad, I was not able to understand how a hotel like Ibis accepted such bad materials to use. over all the hotel staff are very kind, but for a cusomer seeking for clean place it is the top priority. please make sure to replace such

It was pleasent experience. Hotel location is easy to access and room rates per day are reasonable. Room size for 2 beds are little small. Breakfast is good as well. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool facility.

The staff in the reception wasn't cooperative he charged me 100 SAR for early check-in and refused providing child crib rudely He was young male not to be mistaken with the very nice and cooperative lady who gave us a free late check-out

I like ibis. It is my favorite place to stay. But last time there was a change for my room. I requested to be in non smoking zone and I got it. But suddenly the agent politely changed my room to be beside smoking's zone. The smell was so bad. Anyway ibis is good. I will come back for sure.
