Hello, and thank you very much for sharing your experience following your stay with friends for the sporting event. We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our hotel's location, close to the metro, which allowed you to easily access the main tourist attractions of Paris. We are also happy that you found your rooms quiet and the beds comfortable. We take note of your remark regarding the lack of storage space for clothes. This is a point we will study in order to improve the comfort of our guests. We are pleased that you enjoyed our common areas, including the 24/7 coffee machine, as well as the spacious breakfast room and its regularly restocked buffet. Dear customer, We offer our most sincere apologies for the inconveniences you have encountered regarding the air conditioning and elevator access. We are delighted that you appreciated our friendly staff and breakfast. Your comfort is our priority, which is why we address these 2 issues EVERY day with the companies responsible for the maintenance of our air conditioning and elevator; we have not misled you! As in any building, we are dependent on breakdowns and suppliers. Rest assured that we are the first ones affected by this situation, which gives a negative image of our establishment, despite usually receiving very positive ratings from all our customers.
