The hotel is nice and feel like my 2nd home. I miss the hotel so much. The service of the hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. The staffs that I know are Ms Thao & Mr Vụ. Some of the old staffs still can recognise me but I can’t as I never been back to Vietnam for almost four years plus. But I am happy to see all of them. The food exchange at the Novotel must try to eat as the food are very good and more variety! Worth to stay the hotel! The hotel is very convenient and near to shopping malls.

It was a real pleasure to start our South-East holiday trip with the family. After a pretty chaotic and very long journey, we finally arrived at the hotel. We immediately were welcomed with such a friendly staff. The rooms are amazing, and the "on-top" bar has an astonishing view over the city. The breakfast was one of the better I have had and serves a wide variety of all kinds of different kitchens. The area (border district 3 & 1;)is also a very nice area with all kinds of different shops, bars and restaurants.

部屋は快適で、朝食もとても美味しく満足なのですが、ホテルの前のレストランの音楽のボリュームが遅くまで大きかったので初日は慣れるまで寝られなかったです。
