Minus: Several of hotel crew is bad in english. Had to ask for refill with toiletpaper/towels all the time during stay. Only one elevator working for 2 months. Plus: Crew very friendly. good food,

I stayed in the hotel for just two night but realized that service provided doesnt match room price. no towels provided untill you request and when requesting them by phone service no one pick up the phone. I never imagine a hotel without hot water. last night we couldn't take our shower because of no hot water!!!. the only think I appreciate in this hotel is the location in the down town of setif near to several attractions such Ain Fouara fountain and Park Mall by 5 min walk.

Except a behavior I saw People with dirty working clothes inside restaurant during our breakfast, this not acceptable. you have to respect & follow the HS&E rules. THEY TAKE A LOT OF TIME IN SERVING THE FOOD. THE MENU 1 HOUR, THE DESSERT ANOTHER HOUR. I HAVE BEEN HOSTED ALMOST 3 MONTHS AND THIS HAPPENS VERY AMENUDO. ON THE OTHER HAND THE ROOM CLEANING IS NOT DONE DAILY. I'VE EVEN BEEN UNCLEANED FOR ALMOST A WEEK. THIS MEANS NO CLEAN SHEETS, TOWELS, AND GEL AND SHAMPOO. AS A SAMURY : QUALITY PRICE RATIO: 0 TOTALLY A DISASTER

Well, I was expecting to be welcomed with a fruit dish in my room & a coffee machine as usual, but lucky that at least I found water. Also I faced a problem in the shower, there was only hot water, it was a very bad shower.

I am a member of the Accor All since 2015, with a Gold card, I have made my reservation two days before my arrival on February 3rd some some recommendation, but when arrival, they have given me me a room in the first floor, without any service in room (Coffee & thee machines & water), and I have confirmed that many people just a first visit to the hotel, but they have a lot of service, just because i put pressure in the reception office
