Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback following your stay. Indeed, we are located 10 minutes walk from the train station and in the center of Grenoble! Perfect for visiting the city or if you are passing through. Regarding the heating, you have control from your room. The reception is at your disposal in case of adjustment problems, do not hesitate. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write your review of your stay at the ibis Styles Grenoble Centre Gare hotel. We are sorry that the service and delivery did not live up to your expectations, and please accept our sincerest apologies. I am sincerely sorry to hear that you were disappointed, know that your comments have been into account and transmitted to management to ensure consistent service to our customers and their satisfaction. Room service usually meets our customers' expectations. Indeed, we had limited places and our parking is very narrow for large cars (4x4, station wagons ...), we warn our customers that it is difficult to access the reservation either by phone or email. Do not hesitate to tell us about your concerns during your stays, I will be personally happy to prepare your stay during your next visit to Grenoble and to make you change your mind about our beautiful establishment.
