I’m not sure how this hotel got a 4* rating. Didn’t feel clean, aircon broke (looking at reviews since at least 2023), no door look out hole, cheaply painted and wall papered rooms felt like a hostel. Walking into reception looked nice but as soon as you used the stairs to get to room it looked like a block of flats. Requires refurb.

This was a full-service hotel with many excellent features. Food was excellent. Service was superb. Very helpful staff eager to please. Very clean, luxurious, and well maintained grounds. The rooms were very clean and upkeep was as expected for a five-star hotel. Excellent place to stay while in Grenoble.

Helpful staff elevates a standard Mecure hotel stay. Also the in house restaurant is really good and worth a visit at least once during your stay. The location is decent with ready access to public transportation and the riverside. The daily breakfast is also very good.

A very poor experience for us at this hotel. Extremely small rooms, one small lift to service the entire hotel and the air conditioning didn’t work at all! Our room was stiflingly hot, and when we complained to the manager it was obvious that there was very little he could do. A very disappointing stay at this Mecure and I was very happy to leave it behind! Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else!
