I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I take seriously the remarks of my clients, whether during the stay or after the stay. I am aware that the quality of the stay has been altered during your stay because a person to force a door of our elevator that has been stopped by precaution by our partner company until the reparations can take place. The degats were important which delayed the return to service of the elevator We had no other alternative as my staff explained on the spot. Regarding your return on our staff, I am sorry because it does not reflect the return of our customers in general, which mentions rather a great attention, a friendly welcome. Rooms are too small for normal sized adults.
