Small and dirty- would avoid

This hotel is one of the worst hotels we have visited! It was dirty and the room was a size of shoe box. If you’re 6’3 like my partner you won’t even fit in the shower and bathroom. The staff weren’t friendly. The hotel is a 25 minute walk near a metro station and to get there is a market which someone warned us of pick pocketers- felt very unsafe! We didn’t even stay one night, we got a refund and went to a much much nicer hotel! I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The only good part was that we received the refund after 2 days.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

this hotel was horrendous. the mattress was so thin and felt like we were sleeping on a wooden plank. when we asked reception if they had an extra pillow, they completely ignored us. fire alarms being set off at 3am. gangs and thieves lurking around outside the hotel. very unclean and dangerous place to stay. avoid at all costs!!!

I would like to complain about this hotel. Yesterday we have arrived at this hotel at 23:00. It was late and we would like only one: to sleep. We were travelling with 2 dogs. When we enter to the hotel 2 security met us and told that for go to our room the dogs need muzzles. And this is the rule of the hotel. I ask to show me this rule on paper. Something like house rules or policy of the hotel. But they told that they don’t have. And this is French law. But I was travelling in France during 4 days and no one hotel us to put muzzles and I didn’t see any dog in muzzle at the street. We also ask the assistance of security: “if you are afraid that something could happen you can accompany us to the room and control the situation, and you will see that nothing will happen”. But they didn’t want to do this. They start to be aggressive and ask us to get out from the hotel. Such kind of attitude is not normal! If they have such kind of rules for the dogs, they should write this in their advertising at booking.com. I don’t suggest to anybody to stay in this hotel cause the staff are not nice and they don’t want to do anything to help the guests.

Great budget hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Communial bathroom was clean and always was available when ever we wanted to use them. Area has nice places to eat and the metro is only a few blocks. Would recommend if traveling on a budget.

Three 20+ females stayed here in March '22. Considering the price(it's one of the cheapest in Paris) it's a good value for money. The area is a bit restless and we saw homeless/intoxicated people outside but received no attention from them. We walked home late at night with no problem. There's a metro station and Lidl nearby. We had a triple room with bunk beds and shared toilets with other residents. The room was small, but modern and tidy. The staff at the reception spoke English. It's a good place if you need a bed and shower facilities.
