Good pillow and matress. Good restaurant food. Friendly staff Arine. They are very helpful. Can speak English. Very strategic location. Price is reasonable. Environmental friendly. Nearby got shopping mall and a lot of different foods

I recently enjoyed the inaugural AirAsia flight from Kota Kinabalu to Manado on September 1st, and my stay at Ibis Hotel Manado made it even better! The staff were incredibly welcoming, with special thanks to Cerri, Icha, and Dwi for their outstanding breakfast service. The hotel's perfect location, right across from Mantos Mall, made exploring easy. I highly recommend Ibis Hotel Manado and look forward to returning! Thank you to the entire team for a memorable experience!

breakfast at the restaurant is very good, service is very good, location is very strategic, barista is very good, eko always offers coffee every time I come, for breakfast there are many choices of menu, the view is very nice, I will come back here again later, this hotel is very good

Overall, A Good Experience

Went there to have a short escape as well as to celebrate my birthday with friends. When we arrived, a few guests were queuing in front of the reception counter though it was not crowded. It took around 10 minutes before our turn to be registered. Once we finished registering, we were handed over the room key card, and the receptionist said that our room was on the 3rd floor (a smoking floor room), and she gave us directions to the elevator. Once we reached the floor, the elevator door opened, and we could smell the cigarette odor, which was quite annoying even though we were smokers (maybe they needed to put a sign not to smoke in the corridor). The room itself was quite nice and clean, complete with tea, coffee, and an empty jug for us to fill in the mineral water from the dispensers located in the corridor (they have this practice of not using a single-use plastic material, which is good). The bathroom itself was clean and proper. But, too bad that the window could not be opened, which is strange enough since it was a smoking floor. They do have exhaust inside the bedroom, but it was quite noisy and it was connected to the table spotlight, thus when the light is switched off, the exhaust is off too. On the next day, we went down for breakfast. The choice of breakfast is alright. with the egg station located outside on the terrace outside. Overall, it was a good experience staying with Ibis Manado. But, the only downside was there was no direct access from the parking area in the basement to the lobby, which was for us, it was quite annoying when it was raining, and considering that there were around 60-80 rooms, the parking space wasn't big enough to accommodate all cars.

Comfortable Room

Room: We were lucky enough to get the sea view. The room is rather small but it was clean. The bed, pillow and bolster were really comfortable. The staff are also friendly. Location: It is located very near the shopping malls and Mega Mas area making it very convenient. Area for improvement: I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. Although the variety is decent, most of the food was cold and bland.
