Unfortunately, we do apologize regarding the unsatisfaction experience about our room smell and rate that is different compare to the walk in rate. This is caused by the rate on online booking is not the same with rate that our team offered on that period. The rate was more cheaper than the first revervation you have made by online. It is following the demand on that time. We always continue to improve the quality of our services, including a comfortable room and the service .
