Hello, Thank you for your review after staying at ibis Styles Chinon. We first wanted to apologize for any inconveniences. In fact, we propose free tea and coffee making facilities for free at any time on the ground floor as it is in every ibis Styles in France. We also propose a water dispenser for free 24/7.
