I have done some staycations with my family here. Always got excellent experience with helpfull hotel crew and nice hospitality. Will always recommend this hotel to other colleagues. Keep a good work and always do some improvements for better experience.

I really enjoy to chit-chat with friend in Mercure. The hotel served good ala carte menu for lunch and the taste of coffee is also good. The service is the best, food is good and the staff are friendly, especially Irwan. He is really helpful. Last but not least, I also enjoy the mocktail. Will be back again with some friends

Hotel location is very good; near the beach. Room is so clean and so comfy to stay. Staff are nice and very impressive starting from check-in. I also try a local menu for my dinner, it called "Rendang". Its good to try I like it. Yes, of course i will visit here again when travelling to Padang.

Mercure Padang is a great hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is extensive and delicious . Special mention to staff in restaurant at breakfast including Asri Doni , Rani and Yuni who make it special. I recommend Mercure to all guests looking for quality accommodation in Padang
