This is a very nice hotel, mercure padang. I stayed at this hotel for one night only, but i hope next time i can come back here. The view is very good, ocean view, the staffs were really helpfull, i checked in with cecil and checked out with her handling me aswell, she was very nice and friendly. Very excellent service

I only stayed at the Mercure Padang Hotel for 1 day and I enjoyed my stay there, starting from the nice, clean and comfortable room. The food menu in the restaurant is really delicious, there is a new menu and I tried Pak Uwo's coffee, the staff are friendly and helpful. Very very good and I love this place❤️😘The people are friendly, when I wanted to ask for help via telephone which was served by Ms. Salsa, she understood and immediately sent down the help. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean, I asked for a room facing the beach😍 Thank you Hotel Mercure Padang

Stayed 3 nights. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Eco-friendly, no more single-use plastic bottles for drinking water - instead 2 large glass bottles of drinking water are provided.
