Staying at Mercure is very beautiful for us who come from abroad The hotel facing the sea makes the eyes comfortable to see the charm of the sunset the facility pool which is suitable for lying under the hot sun,the service is very friendly by Mr.Hansky when offering to clean the room Thank you for your service

I stayed at the Mercure Hotel Padang for 3 nights during my recent trip to West Sumatra and overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—situated in the heart of Padang city, it's close to popular spots like the beach, shopping malls, and local eateries. The convenience of being near both business and tourist areas makes it a great choice for various types of travelers.

Beautiful hotel in Padang with all the facilities you can ask! Beautiful and kind staff. The food was great, it is open at all the time and the room is perfect, you can also choose for a smoking room if you desire it! Nice to find it! Try it! If you are planned a trip to mentawai this is the right place where to stay!

Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant customer service. Though the location is a bit in a cramp area. In house spa in not recommended to those non smoking guests. When i went there during last trip, the therapists were smoking inside. Other than that, it was an ok stay.

Quality mattress, aircon and in a good location

We stayed at the Mercure Padang for two nights, one night before and after our trip to the Mentawai Islands. We stayed in interconnecting rooms and the beds were very comfortable and the aircon temperature was adjustable, worked well and was quiet. The views from the rooms were nice. The hotel is close to the oceanfront where there is a lively atmosphere with food stalls and little fair with rides. We had dinner at the restaurant and the buffet breakfast which was varied and delicious. Would recommend this hotel.
